I sometimes receive questions like the ones below. Those around why I have not been assassinated -- as well as many others -- are answered in my new book, The Secret History of the American Empire. I thank all of you who asked such questions; your curiosity and diligence helped inspire me to write Secret History.

"Whilst reading Confessions of An Economic Hit Man,  these questions continually arose in my mind:"

- "Why haven't they (yet to be defined) killed him for exposing these 'secrets' if he was really 'in it for life?"
