D30_5827Welcome to my Blog and Comment Section. Please feel free to leave comments and questions here. Although I’m new to blogging, I eagerly look forward to your responses and will comment back as quickly as possible. Thank you for your kind words and support. Please take a look at my schedule, I would love to personally introduce myself to you while I’m on the road. I regularly speak around the country and would love to see you there. Don’t forget to pick up your copy of Hoodwinked. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Hot off the Press!!
Below is the link to the CNN piece in Panama shot of me last week. What is missing is the CNN anchor explaining that I, a former EHM, am with CNN reporter Alan Duke a the Presidential Palace — walking along streets I used to stroll with Panama’s Chief of Government, Omar Torrijos.

Thank you John for having the courage to confess your story. It is time we all wake up and create change for a sustainable future.
There is a consciousness revolution going on, people are waking up and leading by example.
Your story is already inspiring many around the world to stand against the status quo and choose love over fear.

    Mr. Perkins:

First and foremost, I want to thank you for changing what you initially started when you were an EHM. I have read Confessions and I am know reading the American Empire. I would of never known about the atrocities our government has done to so many countries out of greed had it not been in college when I took a course in Puerto Rican and Latin Studies. My professor had excerpts from your book Confessions and it wasn’t until this year that I decided to read the book in its entirety. I’m a 36 year old single mother of two boys who grew up in poverty and homelessness and finally graduated this year with a B.A and will be starting my masters in January. I don’t have much, but I could assure you that I will continue spreading the word of the atrocities my government has done to impoverish many countries and explain to them why we have so many people trying to come to America and “do better”. I will be that voice explaining what changes we can implement to stop what is going on by not purchasing products from sweatshops, etc. just as you stated. Keep up the work and I’m really proud of YOU!!!!!!
